Well let's see, I was told the someone would come and talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in afte talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in after me. Each time someone who serviced their car let them know they were all done!. I finally got up and went to the front desk, where I saw my car keys lying on the desk. Yet no one came to tell me I was done like everyone else. While I set and waited, I had to wonder how long I would have set there waiting for someone to come and get me. Anyway I let them know I've been waiting. No one apologized just said let me get your car. When it was time for me to cash out, I was quoted the wrong price, however it was corrected. More

Courtney is very helpful and respectful. She was able to take my car in at the last minute and with in an hour the diagnosis was obtained. Due to the lack of parts needed she requested I com She was able to take my car in at the last minute and with in an hour the diagnosis was obtained. Due to the lack of parts needed she requested I come back the next day and they would have my parts. I brought back my car the next morning and my car was fixed quickly. I guess I was in the lounge for an hour or so and the car was brought out to the curb by a tech. More

Honest professional service advisor. Timely repair in most cases depending on part availability. Dealership is great but the GM parts that are being used are junk.
