Being a resident of Washington I was apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle out of state, especially in the middle of the COVID-19 contingency. I contacted this dealership via their web contact form to inquire about a vehicle that was very close to what I was looking for, and I promptly received a response from Craig, who was very polite, courteous, patient, and very helpful. He was very good at maintaining back-and-forth communications to answer all of my questions and provide the numbers for me to evaluate and decide if a purchase made sense. When I decided to purchase a vehicle, we set a date for me to pick it up and everything was ready for me on my arrival. Drew was also excellent to deal with and he was very responsive answering to all my questions and providing options that would meet my needs. This was by far the easiest, fastest, most efficient vehicle purchase I’ve ever made including two previous Audi purchases at different dealerships.
