Lauren had the car running when I pulled into the lot to test drive, knows her cars, and affirmed the car I came to see would meet my needs. Purchased an extended warranty, they offer the Subaru one, which I had heard is less of a hassle if it is needed later. I had the wrong idea about which warranty option to buy, Craig took the time to steer me to the one that fit my driving style, even though that one was less expensive. Also, didn't know, in NY, there is state protection from high registration fees. Fees were quoted much higher at CT dealerships. Save your time and money, go to Rye first! More

I've bought my last two cars (both CrossTreks, and the current one, a CrossTrek Hybrid) from Lauren Hirshowitz. She is a terrific person to work with - comprehensive, knowledgeable, and entirely reasonable. If I had the choice, I would work with no one else but her at Rye Subaru. Add in that the service department has been perfect - for many years. Courteous, on time, always competent. I've bought Subarus from two other dealers, both of whom were good, but not in the league of this one. More

My wife has bought 4 cars from here and highly recommended it. When I went in the dealership, there were probably four sales people sitting at their desks, all of whom ignored me. Lauren, who had sold my wife two cars, immediately came out to greet me and inquire as to what I needed. She comes across, not as a sales person, but as someone who is truly trying to help. Upon my subsequent visits, she was again the only one who actually came out to greet me. I would recommend people go directly to her, and that the dealership implement some training for its other sales people. More

I visited Rye Subaru to just look around and see what available options they had in their inventory. As I stepped into the sales department I was greeted by the sales members and was introduced to Lauren available options they had in their inventory. As we got to look into the options that they had available on their show room floor. I was mainly focused on the new 2026 Subaru Outback. Lauren was able to explain and show many of the features the vehicle has and was very knowledgeable with each item within the car. After test driving the vehicle and got to know more about the 2026 Outback. I was hooked with how smooth and quiet the ride was and all the amazing features the car has. Once we where back at the dealership I was greeted by Louis Rivera the GM, as well as the sales manager David Nausch. After pricing out and going over the numbers, they made entire process of purchasing my new 2026 Subaru outback so easy and without any hassle. This had to be one of the easiest and most comfortable experiences I ever had purchasing a new car. After choosing the color and picking out my options I met with Craig Noe who was part of the finance team and he also went over all the paper work and the finalizing of the purchase. In which he was very thorough and was able to explain all the paper work that came with the purchase. Overall it was an excellent experience and would highly recommend Rye Subaru for anyone who’s looking into a new vehicle and highly recommend the 2026 Subaru Outback! More
