Easiest car buying experience EVER! I leased my Rogue from Kelly Nissan after buying many vehicles for years. I never thought about leasing or knew much about it until Shelby and Craig b I leased my Rogue from Kelly Nissan after buying many vehicles for years. I never thought about leasing or knew much about it until Shelby and Craig both explained everything to me before coming in. If your someone who buys every couples of years I would recommend it!!! I told them I didn't wanna spend hours at the dealership and they made sure that didn't happen. The car was pulled up front for me waiting and they had what paper work they could get done before my arrival done. I also worked with the sales manager Jeff. He sat down and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I then worked with John Arena in finance. He also made it a quick process and got me what I needed. I couldn't of asked for a better experience! They didn't make me sit around and made sure I left a happy customer in the little time I had. More

I was on a tight time frame but when I got to the showroom Craig and Matt found me the car I wanted quickly and arranged for its transfer. Picking up the car was just as quick and easy. Craig connected me with Jaret, who was very nice and knowledgeable on the car I was interested in. Then I dealt with Carl in negotiating the numbers. Carl did everything he could to assure that the sale would happen. I didn't like the initial offer, he went back and looked them over again. The day I picked up my car, I primarily dealt with Mike. Again very knowledgeable and nice. I was very pleased with the way I was treated during the entire process. I only wish the dealership was closer to my home, they would have all my service business. Including my plow trucks. More
