Fair and honest, very good overall experience Purchase a Nissan Frontier to replace my aging Sport Trac. Did a lot of on line searching, Kelly had a vehicle that had everything I wanted without a Purchase a Nissan Frontier to replace my aging Sport Trac. Did a lot of on line searching, Kelly had a vehicle that had everything I wanted without a lot of other things I didn't want. We were able to reach a deal that worked for both of us. Bought a 2016 Frontier, The salesman (Mohammad) was wonderful. Even though we arrived at the dealership late on a Saturday evening, he took his time and listened to what we wanted, showed us what he had available that might best meet our needs and explained everything we had questions about. No pressure, no rushing and most importantly he delivered on everything that we were promised. We couldn't be happier with the way the entire experience went. Mohammad will definitely be our go to guy for vehicles from now on! More

Very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried to satisfy all of our car needs and was able to get an almost perfect match (we wanted a blue car, but the one available did not have winter system). We also received a fair trade in value for our truck. Very happy with the overall experience. The only reason i had to give John a 4, i dont think it is his fault. We were there very late and we had to sign documents very quickly. I wanted to know how leases worked (how numbers are computed) and we didnt have time to go over that detail. I would like to have more time with the finance person when we come back to renew the lease. Thank you! More

Great experience! From the time I walked in to the time I drove off I was treated nicely, even fed and given drinks. Everyone was very nice to work with. Holiday Deal Labor Day, 3 hours from arrival to going home in a nice 2013 Pathfinder with 25k on it. Craig called me from an internet inquiry, I had no clue was go Labor Day, 3 hours from arrival to going home in a nice 2013 Pathfinder with 25k on it. Craig called me from an internet inquiry, I had no clue was going to result in a sale today. We were looking to trade our 2006 Pathfinder in & this morning I looked at Kelly's site & liked their inventory. The prices were all in line or below KBB. Trade in value was fair, considering the market. I had to find a sales rep & Rick Zauck was happy to assist. Mike Salavati was able to get us a great rate, extra warranty protection that works, & keep our payment inline. This dealership cares. Most take your money, toss you the keys & that's it. Not there, they make sure you are happy with your purchase or they aren't happy. It's a relaxed environment, with a wide inventory, nice show room. Great people. Funny part was we never test drove this car! Long story to that. The test drive continues, since we made it home fine, the thing drives perfect, & we couldn't be happier right now. Don't bother looking prices up, just go there, negotiate your trade value if possible & buy. We dealt with Rick as our rep. He's a great sales rep that knows many makes/models not just Nissan. With many years in the business, you can trust him to help you. Tell him exactly what you want, how much you want to spend & he finds all in the lot. He also knows a lot about financing, so he can virtually "crunch" numbers that are really close in his head. Leave it to the finance team or Mike S. to get a really low interest rate. We also left with a really great true "bumper to bumper" warranty, ask Mike for details. The knowing that for the entire loan term, we are basically covered for any car troubles, is something I never experienced at a dealer. More
