Excellent service! I recently brought my CX-5 in for service. When I arrived (15 minutes before they were even open), I was greeted warmly by Craig and another young wom I recently brought my CX-5 in for service. When I arrived (15 minutes before they were even open), I was greeted warmly by Craig and another young woman. Although he wasn't supposed to be there yet, Craig went out of his way to help me....going over all of the options and even going outside in the 15 degree weather to look at the car. The communication throughout the day was excellent and I was able to pick up the car in no time!!!!! A smile to start the day goes a long way!!!! More

Exceptional Service from start to finish! Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair would take a few days once they were in, I was given a loaner car ( 2018 CX5....nice ride btw!) and kept informed of the progress throughout. Craig was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as were the rest of the service staff. I picked up my car today and it not only runs like a dream again, it was washed and the interior cleaned....now that is service.!! More

The estimate came in lower, and when I had questions on the repair he told me to bring it back the next day and he explained it in detail to me. My Mazda 3 needed inspection at the end of month, and Gary had me in and out so fast I didn't even had a chance to drink my coffee across the street. What a pleasure that service team is to deal with, that is why we have bought 3 vehicles in the last 17 years there. Quality, friendly, and fast service, and a no pressure sales team make it an ideal dealership for our family. More
