Oil change with no appointment Dropped off my car in the morning without an appointment due to a last minute schedule change. Was happy to leave it for 2 Days so they could take car Dropped off my car in the morning without an appointment due to a last minute schedule change. Was happy to leave it for 2 Days so they could take care of the car at their leisure. They took my car in with a smile and called the very same day to let me know it was ready. The best service it have ever experiencex Dave in service at smith motors in haverhill was the greatest! He was very helpful and made sure my car was fixed correctly and did not give it back t Dave in service at smith motors in haverhill was the greatest! He was very helpful and made sure my car was fixed correctly and did not give it back to me until he was certain of that. He made sure I had a comfortable loaner car and called periodically to make sure I was comfortable in my loaner car and gave updates of how my car was coming along. I highly recommend Dave for a promotion if one becomes available !!! I give Dave a 5 star rating in service More
