GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!!!! We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on th We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on the fuel system, a bad sun visor light, and a small tear in the console lid, all warranty issues. Since we lived 45 miles from Bozard, we took it to a closer Ford dealer for the service. They pushed back and refused to repair the console issue and told us to work through Ford. They also did a terrible job on repairing the sun visor light. We took it to Bozard, Alex Vererkovic apologized for the other dealer’s attitude and said they would handle the issue and correct the other dealer’s poor work. He asked Crystal Garrison to gather the information he needed and she contacted Ford, got the repair approved, and ordered the part the next day. Four days later the part was in, we set up an appointment, took in the car, and it was back to us in 45 minutes. Thanks to Alex and Crystal for GREAT SERVICE and Kind Attitude! The parts department added that the had not seen failure of the smart key in the past, except for batteries or getting wet. This was a combination routine service, recall notice and a "Date Night" experience. We scheduled this in conjunction with our 25th Anniversary. My wife and I have just started looking for a small SUV to replace our current one. We dropped off our MKZ and picked up an MKC for a trial run. The MKC is a great vehicle. Roomy, not overly large and rides like a car. It was as smooth a ride as our MKZ. It is definitely at the top of our list when we get ready to make the purchase. The whole thing was well coordinated and the staff very professional and helpful. Doubt you could find a dealership that made you feel as valuable a customer as Bozard does every time. More

We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there...
