I appreciated the laid back nature of this approach; definitely not the usual stereotypical "car salesman". I would definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to friends and family. And yes, I wound up buying a new Impreza. More

Trent is busy, so you may have to wait a little for a response, but it is worth it. He is busy for a good reason, and he has a loyal customer base because he works to ensure your satisfaction. He is a specialist in internet and long distance sales, which is valuable to out of town customers. Trent is the reason for my 5 star rating of this dealership. I have Tim''s Subaru of Prescott Az just 3 minutes drive from where I live, however I chose to drive almost 4 hours to Tucson Subaru to avoid dealing with Tim's. On the finance side, I dealt with Curt McHenry. I did have a few minor issues which required me to contact Curt a day later. He responded promptly after getting my email request to call me. I think the questions were resolved over the phone. More
