I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. We were pleased how we could return our leased Forester early, without a disposition fee and prior to our last lease payment. And Curt McHenry was pleasant to work with. One frustration: an overpriced sunshade was part of the package. It is not worth anything close to $76 and is of a design not easily storable. I wish I had noticed this earlier, but we were there over four hours and tired. Just a devious way for the dealer to make another $50 and not necessary. It plus the length of time marred an otherwise very good experience. More

We sent an email and had an immediate response from Jennifer Duran. Jennifer answered all of our questions promptly. Because of her ability to work our deal over text and email, providing us with the exact deal we were looking for, we made time in a very busy day to go to the dealership and test drive the vehicle. 2 hours later the car was ours. This was the first time we have bought a car and didn't walk out feeling like we were pressured. The whole experience, from the first touch by Jennifer to the final finance paper being signed with Mr. McHenry, was easy and pleasant. There was no sales pressure, which was a welcome relief! He got along famously with my father, daughter, and myself. We did not purchase the car that day, having desired to look further. Bob sent me an email later that day asking if we had found a car. Again, no pressure. And he also sent a video thanking us for the visit. One week later the car went down in price and Bob immediately emailed. I went down there and purchased the vehicle! He was genuinely thrilled that I was able to buy it! All in all a very easy and pleasant experience. More

This is my first solo car-buying experience, and I couldn't have picked a better dealership to walk into. From the moment I walked in, I was completely supported in my search. Mike carefully listened to my desires, answered all my questions (sometimes more than once), and continued to walk with me through the process without pushing, manipulating, or pressuring me into anything. Mike remained incredibly patient with me as a customer who did not live in the Tucson area and he always answered e-mail communication within less than 24 hours. Finance guy Curt was informative and easy to work with. Explained all of the paperwork. Ran thru all of the optional warranties and service purchases - no pressure to buy. Will recommend Trent and Tucson Subaru to my friends and family. More
