We purchased a 2017 Forester. From start to finish, the experience was positive. Because the Forester had to be ordered, Joe kindly kept us informed by e-mails during the wait. Bob Wilson was the best salesperson I met with across Tucson, he was extremely knowledgeable about more than just the bells and whistles that other dealers try to sell you on and was enthusiastic about the cars themselves as machines. Not pushy in the slightest and never felt any pressure to just "buy" the car and go, he took the time to describe the vehicles and differences in detail and make sure that the car was right for you. Bought a manual transmission after driving an automatic my whole life and Bob even took the time to give me lesson to get me going. Would not only recommend Bob and this dealership, but the Subaru brand as a whole! More

We were able to compare multiple cars side by side based on what we were interested in, not just what was best for the dealer. They are honest and fair, through every decision. Ken was really wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to give us great finacining options and educating us on the car. He never made us feel like we were being manipulated and laid everything out clearly. Subaru Tucson, similar to the cars, truly prioritizes integrity in both the cars and the service. Lastly, he made the experience special, finishing off with a boquet of roses to take home as we drove away. More
