I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Lots of cars later, I have only one other time where I genuinely felt valued -- until now. Tucson Subaru wants to be in business 40 years from now and it shows. Everything is done with an eye toward making loyalty. The dealership won't have the "most add-on sales," or win any awards for additional accessories ordered, but it will have people returning again and again when it comes time to purchase another car for themselves or their children. Personal service from a knowlegable salesman. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gil Warren at Tucson Subaru. In short order Gil covered the pros and cons of both models and all of their available and standard features. Gil answered all of my questions, without any of the high pressure sales tactics that I have encountered at other dealerships in the past. On my second visit to Tucson Subaru, I purchased a new Forester from Gil. He sat with me in the car and explained the function of every control and even set-up my phone to synch. with the car's bluetooth system. Historically, I have dreaded the idea of buying a car at a dealer. After working with Gil on this purchase, I can honestly say that I was very pleased with the entire experience. More

He did, however, talk about how he owns one and is also a former Forester owner, just like me (now).
