I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Great experience and never pushy! I rated Tucson Subaru five stars because of how well everyone here treated me. I visited the dealership three weeks before I could purchase my car and I rated Tucson Subaru five stars because of how well everyone here treated me. I visited the dealership three weeks before I could purchase my car and Steve Willis waited patiently and got back in touch with me in a way that wasn't pushy like many salesman I've encountered at other dealerships. He worked with me to get the car I wanted with the options and color I wanted and didn't push extras on me. He even put on the Texans' playoff game while I was waiting. Curt McHenry took the time to answer every question I had in detail and never skirted around any concerns I had. Overall, I would definitely recommend everyone that worked with me and will be visiting Tucson Subaru again. More

This was my first experience with Subaru and I purchased a 2013 used Impreza for my daughter in November 2015. In December 2015 I went back to Tucson Subaru and leased a 2016 Outback for my wife and a 2016 Impreza for my son. So far the whole family is very satisfied with the car performance and features. Thank you Gil for your assistance and patience during our visits. Also, I want to mention that Curt and Tim in Finance were very helpful and very professional. Great teamwork at this dealership. I am a small business owner and sales are part of my protocol as well. I hate the hard sell. I am glad some sales folks are catching on that selling is about listening. Bob is a quality example of this. The 4 star overall rating has more to do with a few issues in the past with the service department on my existing Subaru. Subaru is a fantastically built car, with growing market share. If the service department were as willing to admit when there was a recognized issue and fixed it the first time instead of me researching it myself and then having them fix it on my 3rd visit regarding the issue, I would easily be a 5 star rating. More

Great Vehicle Purchase Experience Rudy, the Internet Sales Manager, worked very hard to put together a deal that would work for me. Working with Rudy was not the drawn out, hours-long grueling experience like I have had with many other dealerships in the past - he kept things moving along, which was great. He was also completely courteous and polite throughout the whole experience. The Finance Manager, Curt, was hands-down the nicest dealership finance person I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I've purchased over 25 vehicles in the last 20+ years). In my experience, most finance managers are extremely aggressive and pushy and have always been the part of the car buying experience I dread the most - the opposite was true with Curt, who wasn't pushy at all and was super-friendly and fun to work with. Overall, I had a great experience with Rudy and Curt while buying my new Outback and I'll definitely be back when it's time to trade in for a new one again! More

We decided to stop at Subaru on Oracle Rd. In Tucson since Subaru makes AWD vehicles. Our Sales Consultant Jennifer Duran listened to all our requests and found the perfect vehicle for us all under 20K out the door. We are extremely happy with our experience at Tucson Subaru.
