I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Joe Micoletti and his team created a great first time Subaru buying experience. Never felt like we were being pressured, and while you are never sure you are getting the very best deal possible I felt that the deal offered was fair and at least met all my expectations. The actual purchase process went smoothly as did financing. Based on this experience we will be back for all our future service needs and are already contemplating the next purchase from them. We love our new Subee! More

I've had horri Wow, great service and our sales consultant, Sean Johnson, was great! I'm EXTREMELY leery of dealerships, and car salesmen/consultants. I've had horrible experiences in the past. I've had vehicles sold to me way over blue book, attempted to purchase an SUV and been pushed at to buy a car, been given "we owe yous" that have never been fulfilled etc. This was great. Sean was great, and both managers were respectful, followed up on calls, and looked everywhere, including outside their dealership, to find the right car for me! I was not the easiest customer for these guys. It took me forever to make up my mind, and I still changed it multiple times even after a deal was practically accepted. Sean handled all the stress I gave him like a champion, but I think I made him sweat a little. This is a five star dealership! If I could give any recommendation on how to improve service, I would simply ask the dealership to not drag time out. I came from three hours away and was exhausted by the time I had the car and was driving home. That however, does not negate the respectful way in which I was treated. Super nice people + a great deal on a solid car. For 30 years I have been driving a particular brand (not Subaru). I test drove different models, went in more than once, and dithered over what to get. I worked with Salesmen Steve Willis, Steve Norris, and Chuck McHenry. Each of them were patient, informative without being pushy, and once I made a decision, Sales Manager Terry Iseminger made sure I understood the costs, discounts (fantastic!), and associated fees. He answered my questions without pressuring me. Tim Hanson, Finance Manager, took time to go through financing options without trying to influence me, and made sure I got the best rate possible. In all, they made a scary venture pleasant. I am one happy customer. More
