I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Best car buying experience...EVER Came in to trade in our 5 year old forester. I would have kept it till the wheels fell off but the hubby wanted a new "toy'! As usual, Trent Nichols greeted us with the ultimate customer service and professionalism without the hard pressure sale and haggling. Buying a car from this dealership was stress free and with ease. Because of it, rom this I have personally made multiple recommendation to others regarding their cars and service. It's easy to do because I love and believe in the product they sale and the friendliness of the staff. In addition to the service we get is beyond compare. Our last Forester only had 1 major repair and it was for brakes. My old Forester was dependable, reliable and was solid. I could have easily put another 100,000 miles easy. The service manager Curt made our (routine oil changes) "visit" less stressful and very personable. And his recent promotion is well earned. My husband and his family came from and is a big Chrysler family (originally from Detroit). Even with the preferred customer benefit plan with Chrysler, we consciously made that choice to go with Subaru 5 years ago. Because of the great product and service, we will continue to be a loyal Subaru customer. And YES, we are trying albeit slowly changing some of our family members views on cars. Thank you More
