I contacted Tuscon Subaru by email regarding a car listed on their website and Curt McHenry followed up with me shortly afterwards. I told Curt about my trade in right up front and what I would need for it. I asked for his best price on the new car and told him that it needed to be a great price to entice me to drive the 4 1/2 hours one way to make the trade. He exceeded my expectations on the price of the new car and made me an offer on the trade that was withing $500 of where I needed to be. My wife and I traveled to Tucson and were met by the General Manager to value my trade in. He gave me the extra $500 that I was asking for the trade! These folks are straight up and don't play games. I highly recommend them even if you have to travel. More

But to be really honest...I'm the Happiest with the experience....Its what really makes me Smile...and ...I've told everyone ( whether its the person pumping gas,next to me at the station, to a coworker in the parking lot at work to the gal cutting my hair ! ) Buying a car at TUcson Subaru is a great experience.!! People typically laugh, Great. ??..at a car dealership.??.Sure...Right ???? YES>>>>.YES....It was Amazing !! I'm going to apoligize now, cause I'm probably going to ramble, But I'm so Happy,and Excited about my New CAR !! I want to shout it out loud !! I don't know where to start...I worked with Curt ( When I first met Curt,years ago, he was a service writer, so his background is great, he knows Everything about their vehicles, plus I trusted him !! ) Curt let me be me - Ask silly questions, come by several times, to just sit in various cars ( yes, he'd come out to offer me water/apple/granola bar. and to see if I was ok, if I had any more questions ) And naturally I got to test drive...alot of cars....and Always he was his usual pleasant self ! , I had a 2009 Suburu, which I loved, so I really wasn't set on buying a new one, I just wanted to look, and bounce some numbers around. Curt was great...helped me with my "pro and con" list...Either way, I'd be Happy, keep my 09 or get a new one....Super long story....But Great ending...I decided to go ahead a get a 2015 ....and....Curt made it easy....and made me feel...Like a Valuable member of the Family....Yeah...thats how people at this dealership make you feel... Everyone from the lady answering the phone,at the front desk ( thanks to you for always smiling ) to DJ, who is a sales manager now, ( He has been there, for years,so Trusting the sale is easy ) Met ,Tim, in fiance for the first time, he was amazing...I was going to use my USAA car loan, and he actually beat the rate. WOW...Another great part of my car buying experinece. I am thrilled to share my story with everyone, who might be looking for a car, used, new, Subaru or not, ( yeah, they had some other great looking cars on their lot ) Go to Tucson Subaru...Go and Experience the same Wonderful experience.... Sure......new owners, new location, new things....But....Still the Best People.....Sure a Subaru is a Subaru, but take it from someone who has bought my first one in Phoenix.....THE PEOPLE, make this Place THE BEST !! I've owned Subaru's before. So..I'm familar with their product and dependablity. I've had my cars serviced at Tucson Subaru. I Trust them, they are Honest and Caring and Professional. I've seen Dan Ford, go from service writer to manager. He's fabulous. I'd trust him,with my life and I guess by caring for my car. I am trusting him with my Life and that of my family and friends !! I'll be honest, before I bought my car on Saturday, I did stop by a few other dealers ( sure , there are some big name dealers here in town, lots of fancy advertising and hype, so I just had to look ) just to be certain...and...Yeah....No comparision...Salespeople, elsewhere....Hmmmm....How do I say it nicely....Well....Just don't let it scare you....Better Yet....Just go straight to Tucson Subaru....You will be pleasantly suprised ! I contacted Curt who enthusiastically offered to answer questions, test drives, discuss options but as it became clear that I already knew what I wanted he quickly morphed into getting just that. He got the exact car that we wanted and then we arranged a convenient date/time to pick it up. The price was exactly as expected/good. We did the paperwork and a quick set up of the car (connect our phone to bluetooth, etc) and we were happy Subaru owners. More

We saw Curt McHenry at a food truck event in Tucson and instantly fell in love with the XV Crosstrek. When beginning my car search Subaru was the first stop. We worked with Curt and he showed us many different models and spent the time to go over all of the different specialties of Subaru and let the car sell its self. I continued to search for other vehicles at the Automall, but many of dealers had pushy car sales and never took the time to explain the vehicle, or even open up the hood of the car! I went back to Subaru multiple times to continue to test drive to find the right vehicle, each time Curt answered all questions and never was pushy to make a sale. I bought a Subaru and feel confident in my decision. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I have only had the car for a spit second, but it feels great! I also like that the warranty is backed by Subaru and not subcontracted. More

Curt was very thorough and approachable, he scheduled an appointment for us to come in and look at cars, and was open to us comparing two different models once we got there. Furthermore Curt was friendly, easy to talk to yet professional, and he was knowledgeable and patient as he compared features between the Outback and the Forester. He was above average in his adeptness about the product line due to his previous experience in the service department of Subaru. He was on time, efficient as we did the paperwork, and easy to follow throughout the purchasing phases. Traci was delightful to work with, as well, and she made the financial part of the deal palatable due to her equally-awesome social skills. It is unusual to find a business-minded person who can also put customers at ease when "talking numbers." More

After the purchase the sales person provided me with excellent service introducing me to the car's functioning system. In addition he asked me to come back a week or so later and he would go over introductory information and answer any questions I may have. He set up my Bluetooth and assured me that he would be more than willing to take any calls I may have in the future regarding the car. I would highly recommend him. I was also impressed with the finance department. The finance officer clearly informed me of all the possible warrantee options. More
