He and all Apple Ford Service and Sales always do everything possible to keep customers happy and coming back. They exclusively service all three of our Ford vehicles and we plan to continue to buy all future Fords from Apple. It is a very large dealership but it is personal and friendly like family whenever we are there. When he sees us, Chip, the owner, always comes over and personally greets us. A business that so goes out of its way to serve it customers and its Columbia and Howard County community deserves the success Apple Ford is experiencing! Gary Hamer More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE!!!! After having a very unpleasant experience with Scott Rippey and Chip Doetsch a few weeks ago these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. These t After having a very unpleasant experience with Scott Rippey and Chip Doetsch a few weeks ago these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. These two gentleman as well as Wanda and Curtis took care of my situation with my lemon and assisted Ford in replacing my Raptor. This took place in 2 WEEKS!!!! Chip was very professional and Scott was spot on with customer service. On the last review I was totally upset and disgusted with this whole ordeal. This time Apple's staff made everything perfect. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You guys put a smile back on my face after this horrible experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

He is a great employee because he was engaging to speak with and very knowledgeable about some of the car's buttons (I couldn't figure out their purpose)! Curtis Ford's customer service was great. I bought a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck at Apple Ford a few different times and Curtis was able to hear the problem. He was not able to schedule a tech to work on it that day, but we scheduled an appt. for the next day. I took my truck in the next morning and they replaced the speakers and so far it sounds great. If you ever have any service issues I would recommend getting in touch with Curtis. He is man of his word. Thanks Curtis! More

He was so knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue in seconds. He also came by to check up on me and made sure the service was quick as I had an infant with me. Dropped off my car early this morning (March 20th, 2014) for a warning light associated with the power-train of my 2006 Ford Explorer. A few hours after I dropped off the car I realized I had left cash and my checkbook in the center cup-holder/console of my car. I returned to Apple Ford to collect the money and check book and both items were where I had left them. Extraordinary!! On a Saturday morning in January, I waited in line for over 45 minutes. When I reached the service area and talked to the attendant, I realized that the information that was given to me over the telephon over 45 minutes. When I reached the service area and talked to the attendant, I realized that the information that was given to me over the telephone (about how to get my car serviced based on my problem) was incorrect. The attendant stated that I would be unable to get assistance that day. I probably looked distraught and Curtis Ford came over. He asked my problem, intently listened and provide several alternatives for my problem. It worked out well and I would have to say that it was due to Curtis' commitment to customer service and he wanted to help solve my problem. He is awesome. More

I visited Apple Ford Columbia for the first time when my car's Check Engine light came on during my commute to work. I was wary of going to a dealer, especially without an appointment, but was afraid to dri car's Check Engine light came on during my commute to work. I was wary of going to a dealer, especially without an appointment, but was afraid to drive too far without getting service. This dealer was very close to my workplace. I pulled up to the service center and was greeted quickly. I explained what happened and that I did not have an appointment. The service staff was extremely receptive and after checking with other service personnel, they said they could fit my car in for a diagnostic that day. They were upfront with their prices and said they would call before doing any work on my car. They let me know there was a shuttle available if I needed to get to my place of work (which was nearby). I had a ride waiting, but thanked them. Later that day I received a call explaining what would need to be done. The work was estimated to take a few days (this was late Thursday afternoon). Over the weekend I received a call and was informed my car was finished (early). The mechanic had come in over the weekend to finish the repairs early. I picked the car up on Saturday and was surprised my car was even washed! I was very impressed with the service and all of the staff with whom I dealt. I would definitely recommend this dealer/service center to others. More

I had a headlight burn out on the way home from Thanksgiving. Being a self-starter, I attempted to fix it… as it turns out, my manufacturer requires the complete removal of the light assembly to c Thanksgiving. Being a self-starter, I attempted to fix it… as it turns out, my manufacturer requires the complete removal of the light assembly to change a stinking bulb! I was embarrassed to seek help for such a simple repair, but the guys at Apple Ford's Service department took my car without an appointment, were professional and polite, and had it fixed in no time. The manager, Curtis, even threw in a carwash for free. This isn't the first time I have dealt with Apple; they are a first-class operation that truly puts customers first. In the era of outsourcing, Apple hasn't forgotten what good service should look like! More
