Hello my name is Curtis Hensley. I was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. I moved my family to Colorado Springs in January of 2022. We have three children and two dogs. I have been in the car business since 2010 and have held almost every position in a dealership. What i love about the car business is that there is never two days the same. Overall, the experience was great. However, for a cash purchase, which mine was, it took way too long. Should be able to streamline the process if financing isn't in the mix. I was taken advantage of, my disability was taken advantage of, and I'm still repairing the car they sold me 30 days later. They didn't disclose what they should've and kept me in the dark, costing m advantage of, and I'm still repairing the car they sold me 30 days later. They didn't disclose what they should've and kept me in the dark, costing me over $3500 AFTER I bought a supposed "Toyota certified used car". This place is garbage, and they've lost 3 customers that were loyal to these stores since 1999. I'm beyond disgusted. More
