Hello my name is Curtis Hensley. I was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. I moved my family to Colorado Springs in January of 2022. We have three children and two dogs. I have been in the car business since 2010 and have held almost every position in a dealership. What i love about the car business is that there is never two days the same. Overall, not super happy with Corwin Toyota Sales. I gave the Dealership a 5 star review on Google, but can easily take that back. Although I am a man of my word, I gave the review per thanks to JR and the GM Curtis. They were able to remove some add-on that my sale rep Stephen Smith said it was mandatory. Here's the Negatives: 1. Sales Rep was unresponsive when I called and left a message, or text their dealer number. 2. Sales Rep rushed through everything. Did not provide proper documentation requested at the time of meeting. I requested OTD pricing with Taxes and fees and it was never provided. 3. Car was allocated and was not notified til 10 days after, but I found out because I called multiple times, and eventually requested for a manager for updates. That's when I found out my car was allocated. 4. I got a build without my requested package and Sales Rep insisted I pay more than my original quoted price. After a long talk, I got the Sales Rep to relook at the paper work and dropped the price. I added on the hitch/wiring harness. OEM All Weather floor liners, and requested for Heated seats too. I didn't realize they went to a 3rd party for Heated seats. I would have been nice to know because I'm pretty sure the dealership marked up this pricing. 5. Additional Dealership Add ons - Sale Rep said Pulse Braking and Data Dot was mandatory adds and I could not remove it. Found out all the add on are "Voluntary" in their contract and of course this was the last paperwork I signed with Financing. Luckily I reviewed all my paperwork at home after signing before picking up my car. Sales Rep and Financing guy wanted me to sign all paperwork before going through the checklist. I was happy to sign, but requested that everything needs to be run thru again before leaving the dealership with the vehicle. 6. Day of pick up, Sales Rep just wanted me out the door without running through the check list, without going through the App. And I had to insist on running through the check list. 7. Paperwork said car would be detailed. Found bird poop on the windshield. Found dirt and water stains all over the car. I even have photos for proof. He did a quick clean but at this point I was already irritated. 8. Talked to the GM and was able to get the Pulse and Data Dot removed. Curtis was extremely nice and so was JR. We connected and I told them these items were not beneficial for me and I did not need them, nor did I want to pay for them. J.R. removed them off the contract and they had their Service dept. remove the PULSE. I told them I would give a 5 star review. 9. I usually manage my owns car maintenance, so I was at the Parts and Accs. Dept buying OEM Oil Filters and Oil. When I walked by the Sales Rep. I noticed him and 2 others gossiping about me. Sorry this is unprofessional. They should have waited til I was out of the building. 11. I'm loyal to Toyota and their cars. But I will not be loyal to this dealership. I requested for transparency and all I got was dishonest sales people. More

The best car buying experience that I’ve had. The manager was awesome and so was the finance manager, Ms. Joelle Williams. She made me feel comfortable and got me a very good deal on my purchase. Jon Black is a good sales person but I think he should brush up on Toyota technology. Preston is an amazing person. Hands down the best sales manager. He’s very empathetic and definitely has intentions to make life long customers and wants to build a strong work relation with customers. This dealership has to be one of the best in all of the USA. More

Unfortunately my truck was stolen from this Corwin Toyota while it was there for a few major warranty repairs. Took my truck in for warranty repairs in July Parts on hold Parts come in August, tech didn’t while it was there for a few major warranty repairs. Took my truck in for warranty repairs in July Parts on hold Parts come in August, tech didn’t seal it right, rework was in order, parts on hold again. Was informed in September that my truck was stolen from the dealership lot and my aftermarket tracker was removed. Not sure how my key fob was stolen to be able to take my truck when it was in their care because I’ve been informed that there are no security cameras at this location. Filed the stolen vehicle under my insurance Because I’m not an expert on getting my truck stolen, when it should’ve been under the dealership for being in Corwin’s “care”. No longer wanted to do business with Corwin but being out of a truck and in this time of trying to find one, I decided to purchase another truck from Corwin. Not looking for handouts but I didn’t feel like the General Manager was very helpful with pricing especially since he had a different opinion on the matter when my truck was stolen in their “care”. Proceed with caution if you drop your vehicle off for repairs because you might not get it back. Did not want to share my experience but with the constant emails from Corwin asking to share, I figured I’d be honest. More

Hard to get ahold of people when needed to talk. Was given wrong Information. Cancelled extended warranty 2 weeks later but cannot change the monthly payment amount. My experience has been better than expected. I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing it well above what I wanted to spend because of problems that should have been corrected when they did their "thorough" inspections. Besides this issue and still waiting for repairs to be made, the team has taken care of me with a loaner vehicle until everything is right again. Hats off to them for being as busy as they are and still trying to make things right for me and my family. I still, wish they would have helped me out with something that seats my whole family. Still excellent IMO More
