I purchased a 2018 F-150 in June from Corwin. I drove over 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Landon the salesman knew very little about the vehicle and must not have looked at it prior to our sch I drove over 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Landon the salesman knew very little about the vehicle and must not have looked at it prior to our scheduled appointment. He had little ability for small talk and all answers to questions were one word or very short and was okay with not having an answer not, "ill find out for you". Very young and inexperienced salesman. The truck was filled with dog hair and smelled of cigarettes. Fog Lights were cracked and filled with water. Even after I asked for a detail before purchase it was still extremely dirty, dog hair everywhere. Cigarette Smell was taken care of. After purchase I noticed the advertised skid plate was missing. His response was " ya that happens sometimes " Unacceptable response After agreeing to purchase the vehicle two $500 additions were added on to the sticker price. 1 - a blinking tail light, that does not work and no documentation to prove that it was actually installed. 2- an anti theft tracking device that I did not want. Very deceiving should have been added to the sticker price. Upon attempting to put a spray in bed liner a few weeks later and removing the plastic bed liner it turns out the bed was covered in concrete and a gigantic dent below the rear window was discovered. It was not disclosed at sale and cost $600 to fix. The leveling kit compressor was hanging on by one bolt and does not work. I sent an email to Landon regarding the taillight and the condition of the bed. I waited 3 days for a response. Nothing. I called and he was not there that day and was transferred to a "manager" Curtis Hensley. After explaining the situation he response was " well you bought a used truck" No apology, no ownership, he didn't seem to care at all. He agreed to look at the pictures of the bed and get back to me. That was August 2nd, 5 weeks ago. since then I have called asked 2 secretaries to have him call me. Spoke with Landon who also did not seem to care and could not provide documentation about the $500 blinking tail lights, because that was the "service department" I asked Landon to have Curtis call me 2 weeks ago and still no response. Absolutely Unacceptable customer service. Very unprofessional, very deceiving, and extremely poor customer service. Do not buy a used car from Corwin Colorado Springs. Please have a competent manager contact me. More
