My wife and I would like to personally thank Jose Rodriguez and the entire staff at Elder Ford of Tampa for their outstanding customer service! We were blessed to have Jose as our Product Specialist. Rodriguez and the entire staff at Elder Ford of Tampa for their outstanding customer service! We were blessed to have Jose as our Product Specialist. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchasing process. He provided us with detailed information and even explained and set up some of the features on our new Bronco! Without Jose's dedicated hard work and expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile, we would not have been able to purchase our new vehicle.
