DJ is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the products available and helped me navigate the sales process with patience before bringing in Eileen to finalize the financials. Both were unbelievably patient in answering my many questions, explained every step thoroughly, and were genuinely such great people to deal with! Additionally, the follow-up support has been amazing! I didn't test drive the car (my choice), so in the past week I have received a follow-up call from DJ, as well as an email and snail mail letter, inviting me to call or come in with any questions about the features of the vehicle. Definitely not expecting to be in the market for a new car until 2030 (at least), but looking forward to having this one serviced exclusively at Exeter Subaru for a very, very long time. More

Purchasing a used car DJ was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable and respectful with us on purchasing a car for our son. He also kept us up to date on picking up the car, not wasting our time. I would have given the dealership 5 stars except that we had to wait over an hour to right a check for the purchase. Eileen was very kind and worked quickly, but we were not financing this car and to sit and check boxes just to not accept additional services was frustrating. We live over an hour and half away, I just wanted to write the check, sign the paperwork and head home. I think this part of our purchase could have been handled by anyone in the office. I will recommend the dealership and definitely will recommend DJ. More
