It's been over 10 years since I've bought a vehicle, and I was overwhelmed by the whole process. Dakota was helpful, kind, and patient as I began my search. I feel I was not fully explained the extended warranty I purchased from the finance dept. I wanted to cancel the next day and he said he would send me a email with more info. That was three days ago.
