The service was impeccable. I was allowed to get a Lyft service from The dealership at their cost. This was very helpful that I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area. I adored my BMW x3-m40i BUT two years of BMW service took the joy out of it. Two hours for an oil change after 1/2 hours waiting to be ‘checked in.’ You check in outside then again inside. The waiting area is always full of disgruntled waiters. For that reason I give them low marks. More
