But with Amanda and the team, I sincerely felt like I was hanging out and laughing with old friends instead of buying a car. They got me a great interest rate on my Jeep and made the process totally seamless. They even told me I could bring in my dog when I came to pick up my car! Love this place. While the sales department experience was pleasant, the service department experience was something all-together different. Multiple long trips back and forth to the shop for things that should have been t service department experience was something all-together different. Multiple long trips back and forth to the shop for things that should have been taken care of before the truck was delivered. Mike, the service manager, doesn't seem to know the day to day operations, as he stated to me one thing and the repair paperwork showed something totally different. It seems a lot of the negative reviews are generated based on the service department experience. Whether it be lack of competence or lack of supervision, this should not be the case for such a large group of dealerships........Unfortunate. More

They had what I was looking for. They gave me a very reasonable value for my trade. It was a no pressure no hassle experience. Dave, the salesman worked out all the questions with finance manager. He worked his magic and we were able to work the deal for my new Ford F-350. They have a lot of trucks in stock which is amazing.
