Hello There! My name is Dallas Crider and I have worked in the Automotive Industry for about 9 years. I was born in Missouri and started out in the industry with Mercedes-Benz. After a year there, and a short tenure with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I have found a home at Ferman MINI. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, going to the stock car races, and fishing. It was a wonderful experience, from start to finish. I live 3 hours away from this dealership and the salesperson,Santos and Dallas went beyond! Everything was perfect except the explanation of license and title fees which were deferred to the finance or business manager. I still have no idea how that fee is over $500.00 I asked if that fee was rig and title fees which were deferred to the finance or business manager. I still have no idea how that fee is over $500.00 I asked if that fee was right and was told yes and a refund would be sent back to me which I have not received. I believe it was supposed to be about fifty some dollars which I thought was to low. More
