Called and talked to Mable Matos about a specific car and she found exactly what we wanted. She texted my husband, he gave no response, she emailed my husband, again he gave no response (he doesn’t look at she found exactly what we wanted. My wife and I knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and found it on the lot at Volvo Silvwr Spring. We contacted the dealer by phone and were connected with Shammah, our salesperson. After about 5 min and a conversation with the sales manager we agreed to a very fair price with zero haggling. When we went to the lot a few days later to complete the transaction everyone was very friendly, there was no attempt to “upsell” and the entire process was complete in less than an hour. I’ve probably purchased 20 vehicles in my life and this was hands down the most pleasant and easy. Fantastic experience all around. More
