Damon and Taylor both were pr My husband passed from Covid 19 in late 2021 and I was trading the last vehicle he purchased for me before his death. Damon and Taylor both were professional, friendly, kind and helpful with my purchase. I felt as though I was speaking with long time friends, instead of someone I had just met, which made this process so much easier for me. Everyone that I encountered at Toyota of Cleveland was friendly, and very customer focused. I was kept informed of the next step in the process, which I appreciated very much. The car I originally came in to look at was not available. Damon made suggestions of other vehicles that were similar to what I was shopping for and he listened to what features I wanted, then offered alternatives based on what I was looking for. Taylor answered all of my questions regarding finance fully and completely. Thank you so much! Your staff is awesome! More
