Just had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Cleveland. Colter was my salesman and did a wonderful job during the entire process. Kept me informed throughout the entire purchase. This dealership was fantastic to deal with. I purchased a low mileage 2024 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD Platinum with 16,600 miles… practically brand new. I live 5 hours away and they brought the vehi I purchased a low mileage 2024 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD Platinum with 16,600 miles… practically brand new. I live 5 hours away and they brought the vehicle to me. The finance department went above and beyond to get me the best possible interest rate on a used vehicle. Michael Dylan and Taylor were terrific to deal with. The only issue I had was the vehicle needs brakes and rotors or rotors turned which is an added expense for me. I feel the dealership should have taken care of this before selling the vehicle. Other than that, everything was above board and e act as described. I would buy from them again. Overall good experience and I’ve bought many new and CPO vehicles. More
