As soon as we pulled on the lot we were greeted by Zane with a smile not pushy one bit just there to assist. I came in looking at a specific car I had seen online. He and his brother Joey were there to assist and make it happen in any way possible, from getting me top value out of my trades to keeping my monthly payment exactly where I needed it to be even with an 30k mile extended warranty! I give my fiancé an hard time about his Pokemon cards, Joey peeped some Perfect Order Pokemon booster packs in my trade while we were discussing the deal. When we came back to purchase the car we brought some packs to open with our “DREAM TEAM” salesman to celebrate my new car. Upon opening the packs we pulled a super cool chase card “Rosa’s Encouragement” which helped me seal the deal on my new cars name Rosa~Lee~Grace 😍 she’s a beauty queen!!! Extremely happy with my purchase and can’t imagine purchasing a car from anyone other than Zane and Joey Toyota Of Cleveland in the future. I live 5 hours away and they brought the vehicle to me. The finance department went above and beyond to get me the best possible interest rate on a used vehicle. Michael Dylan and Taylor were terrific to deal with. The only issue I had was the vehicle needs brakes and rotors or rotors turned which is an added expense for me. I feel the dealership should have taken care of this before selling the vehicle. Other than that, everything was above board and e act as described. I would buy from them again. Overall good experience and I’ve bought many new and CPO vehicles. More
