We had such a great experience at Toyota of Cleveland! Alfred was the one who helped us, and he was amazing from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured at all—which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. Crystal in finance was just as great. She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood all of our options, and kept everything moving smoothly without feeling rushed or overwhelming. Honestly, the entire team was so accommodating and easy to work with. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it feel simple and seamless. I recently bought a used truck at Toyota of Cleveland. Kenny Jones was the sales associate that worked with me along with Stockton Coffey as the sales manager and Crystal Thompson handled the finances.
