I called Dan Ariel, the dealership GM and a very close friend of many years. He’s my friend in the car business, he will be yours too - it’s his schticky tag line but it’s also true. He turned me over t friend of many years. He’s my friend in the car business, he will be yours too - it’s his schticky tag line but it’s also true. He turned me over to Frank. I knew what I wanted in general. Frank made sure we checked all the right boxes on the truck I ordered. He also talked me out of getting a black truck (I’m a sucker for black) and into a body color and wheel combo that is the best I’ve seen. He steered me in the right direction on all counts. Jared closed my deal on a Tahoe Premier. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Jared advised which post sale products to purchase and which extended warranty made the most sense/provided the best value. Looking forward to dealing with Dan, Frank and Jared and the rest of their team on my next purchase. More

Many people are apprehensive when it comes to buying a new or used car from a dealership. They worry that they will be caught in negotiations that will go on for hours and often result in their not gettin new or used car from a dealership. They worry that they will be caught in negotiations that will go on for hours and often result in their not getting either the car and/or deal they had been hoping for. I have been buying cars from dealerships since 1970, and up until this point, my experiences had ranged from disappointing to just barely adequate.. Pine Belt Chevrolet was both a positive and most welcome change from my prior buying experiences. I had the good fortune to have Gene Cipriano as my sales representative, and his honest and authentic concern with getting me the best deal was (and is) greatly appreciated. Gene personally took charge of making sure all aspects of the deal were completely to my satisfaction. Even after the deal was done and I drove the car off the lot, Gene stayed on top of tying up a few loose ends to make sure the sale was 100% to my satisfaction. I would also note that Pine Belt's dedication to customer satisfaction is highly reflected in their Service Department. Their staff all demonstrated genuine care and concern in addressing any of the small issues that can sometimes pop up after the sale. In closing, I would like to thank Gene and the entire Pine Belt staff for making my car purchase the most positive I have had in over 50 years, and would strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to go to Pine Belt. This was my best car buying experience! My Sales rep, Anna was very professional and she listened to me. I didn't feel pressure and I didn't feel like I had to threaten to leave to get what I wanted. When I first came on the property I was greeted by Eugene Cipriano. He introduced himself to me and my family. In a very politely manor saying if I need anything to let him know we talked for a few minutes I Cipriano. He introduced himself to me and my family. I told him he’s going to need “patience’s of a saint” as I was with my son and my wife. I explaining we are looking for my son. Eugene spent quality time showing us different cars we were all over the lot he even said to me if this is not right then walk away and think about it. I respect that his goal was to make sure we as the customer was happy and did not push us into a sale! I briefly met Jeff Wickner in passing through the dealership he was a gentleman very polite seem like he enjoyed what he was doing. We had a very brief conversation, I could tell he enjoyed working there which is a good sign. I also met and dealt with Brian Brown he help with my financing/ paperwork signing off the car. Another upbeat person we had a nice conversation talking me through all the paperwork. He explain to me the warranties once again seem like he was happy to be here. even though it was the end of the month none of the employees showed any pressure of making sales. Instead more in line of helping the customers than pushing a car onto them. All of this positive Energy lead me to believe this is a good dealership. “We are now the proud new owners of a new trailblazers” I would recommend PINEBELT to anyone and I’m actually considering purchasing my next vehicle from Eugene in the next coming months.
