I feel that they never listened to my issues. Took my vehicle in 4 times to resolve the same issue. Each time I picked it up, the check engine light goes off on my drive back home/work. They say they are going to call back in 15 minutes and then never call back. My car is STILL not fixed and I have been extremely stressed from this entire situation. Terrible experience. None of this was the dealers fault, and far out of their control, however Lake Ford, and my salesman Alec VanHecker, were honest, communicative, and helpful. They not only honored agreed pricing, but gave me the rebate Ford offered for customers frustrated by delays, and a few really nice gifts that were totally unexpected. I'm 100% happy with my purchase experience! More
