I realized it was time to look for something newer but I dreaded the thought of endless searching and pushy sales tactics. After a year of procrastinating I started searching the TrueCar website. The first person to contact me was Jeremiah from Lake Ford. My husband and I met with him later that day. What a difference! He was considerate, attentive, took time to answer all of our questions, and seemed truly interested in helping us find the perfect vehicle. We really valued Jeremiah's honesty. He was very knowledgeable about the product, but if he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so and proceeded to find the answer for us. After spending considerable time gathering info and test driving a Edge, we told him we were going to "walk away" to think about it. He respected our decision. Two days later when we came back, our decision felt right. The remainder of our experience went smoothly with Dan and Drake, who were both personable and professional.
