I go to Elder Ford because of the professional service I get from my service advisor, Dan. I always receive a full and complete explanation of the services needed and the associated costs. Whether I'm waiting at the dealership during repairs, or if I have to leave the vehicle at the dealership for an extended period of time, I receive appropriate updates while repairs are being made. Top notch service department- friendly, competent, review what they’re going to do, how much time it will take, what the cost is, etc. They needed a part and I came back the next day Happy to see them, they what they’re going to do, how much time it will take, what the cost is, etc. They needed a part and I came back the next day Happy to see them, they did it immediately and fast. The dealer I used for years took my car for 2 weeks twice. They ran my front bumper into the the stall — took them 2wks!! I’m so glad I switched to Elder! More

Still no call on parts they ordered under warranty. It took two days for them to diagnose. I am not sure if they ever fully diagnosed as I took the vehicle back.
