I was very disappointed with how the service level was neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was v neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was very frustrating. Also my car showed up with a quarter tank of gas and the interior was filthy. They told me the truck was in great shape with no scratches, but when it arrived it had a very large scratch. Overall it was a disappointing and very frustrating car buying experience. More

Long Distance Bliss I found my dream truck online and after finding out the drive was 14 hours round trip I asked if they could ship me the suburban, the price for delive I found my dream truck online and after finding out the drive was 14 hours round trip I asked if they could ship me the suburban, the price for delivery was super reasonable and way easier than my husband and I taking a long drive to bring it home. I had never bought a vehicle without having seen it but working with Mike made me feel completely secure about the purchase. He completely delivered just what he said he would. A Great Experience I worked with Zach, he was honest and up front immediately and I never felt pressured. I traded in and got offered KBB value with few questions asked. The vehicle I test drove (ultimately purchased) was very clean. I was in an out of the dealership within two hours. I purchased on a Saturday, on Monday I had a cracked windshield. I contacted Lenz and they had a new windshield put on in less then a week, really above and beyond service. I won't think twice about returning for my next vehicle. More

Outstanding Customer Service! Purchased a truck from Lenz and had a great experience working with Marty Krepsky. After having the truck home for a couple of days and driving it I n Purchased a truck from Lenz and had a great experience working with Marty Krepsky. After having the truck home for a couple of days and driving it I noticed some stains in my driveway. Took the truck to my local mechanic in Waukesha and they determined I needed a electrical module that connects to the transmission. Called Marty and he arranged with the Service Dept to have this fixed at no charge plus provided me with a loaner vehicle. Several days later all my rear lights on the truck went out. Once again I took it to my local mechanic and the problem was 2 corroded connectors that affected 2 wiring harnesses. According to Ford I needed to buy 2 new harnesses in order to fix this issues at $1K for parts and Service. Ford did not offer any type of pig tail connectors as a possible solution. Called Marty back again and he directed me to Dan Bergin ( Service Mgr) , contacted Dan and explained the issue. Dan said that their service people have the ability to repair the pins in the connectors and that there was no need to buy these new harnesses. Since the truck had no back lights Dan sent a driver with a trailer to pickup my truck at my home in Waukesha. In 1-1/2 days Dan had rebuilt both connectors and sealed them to prevent and future corrosion. Dan also was proactive and checked the other connectors on the back end and sealed all of those as well! On top of this Dan offered to have the driver deliver the truck back to my house in Waukesha. Keep in mind the lights were working when I bought the truck so I did not expect Lenz to pickup this cost. When I asked Dan what do I owe you he said it's on me! I went from looking at almost $1K to get this truck fixed to having this remarkable customer service experience with Marty and Dan at Lenz Trucks! If you are in the market for a used truck I would highly recommend you take the time to visit Lenz Trucks! More

Above and Beyond Mike and the Team went above and beyond any expectations. Due to an unexpected mechanical failure on my previous Diesel I was put in the position that Mike and the Team went above and beyond any expectations. Due to an unexpected mechanical failure on my previous Diesel I was put in the position that I needed another truck. I was met by Mike at the door and he handed me the keys for 2 Trucks that I was interested in. When I returned to the Dealership we sat down and worked up the numbers so that I could get my new truck. Mike was completely Honest and up front with everything from the start and made me feel reassured that together we would make it happen. When I picked up my new truck a few days later and I left the Dealership, I felt that I had gained a friend in Mike and he was not just another Salesperson.
