Hats off to Liberty and Jeff M. We are on our third Subaru. Got the first one at another dealership - great car, but never went back to that dealer. Now wouldn't go anywhere else. Just got a 2015 Forester, which we love (much nicer than previous models), and there is no reason to think that we won't go back to Liberty when it's time for #4. Finally, while everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable, we highly recommend seeking out Jeff Miletta in sales. He handled both of our transactions, troubleshoots any questions we have and, in general, is our "all around go-to point man." We know, from research and experience, that Jeff has always presented us with the best pricing around, no haggling required. More

Not only was he knowledgeable but so enthusiastic and personable, I feel like I made a friend for life. I met him when I was there getting my old Legacy serviced. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks before I ordered. He got me a great price, kept me updated and seemed to really share in my own delight at owning this amazing car. Bob in service is awesome also. This is my family's 7th Subaru from Liberty, and we get them serviced there also. Bob always makes me feel like he takes my concerns seriously. I have been to other mechanics that make me feel like they think I am just a dumb woman. Bob never makes me feel like that. He is truly the best. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Even though they have grown over the years, they still retain that small company feeling. I have been and will continue to be their customer forever. When car was delivered they went through the car details with me thoroughly until I was comfortable and ready to go on my way. So far very happy with the car! More

We have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from them (06 STI, 06 Forester, 09 Forester, 09 Tribeca) and have been pleased with every transaction we have made with them. They are friendly, honest, patient, just an all around great buying experience. There is never pressure to buy with them, and they don't slip in hidden fees or costs (Ramsey) or try to charge you for things that come standard on the vehicle to begin with (Orangeburg). They have also met and/or beat any prices we have brought to the "negotiation table". We have referred countless people to them who have also purchased vehicles from them and were very pleased with their experience at Liberty. Great Dealership, Great Staff. A wonderful and totally painless experience I just bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R from Liberty Subaru and, from start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. I negotiated a very good price by email with Dan Cohen, the sales manager, and he notified me immediately--actually by an early morning email--to tell me that exactly the car I wanted had just arrived. By the next day, I completed the sale painlessly, pleasantly and efficiently with Alex Welch, the salesman, and Kevin Mark, the finance person. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Actually, the entire dealership had a warm, welcoming and customer-oriented atmosphere. If all automobile dealerships were like Liberty Subaru, the reputation of auto dealerships would go up substantially. I've already told friends and relatives about the great experience I had there, and would recommend Liberty Subaru to one and all. By the way, it doesn't hurt that I love the car I bought and everyone who has seen or ridden in it is tremendously impressed. Best Auto Purchase Experience of My Life I first called about an Outback I saw on-line. I spoke with Steve Klein who promptly answered my questions about the car. I visited the dealership and worked with David Finkel. I found another Outback I was interested in. Took that for a ride. David answered all my questions without any sales pressure. I made an offer on the car which was accepted. David, Tom Portee, and Henry Dobson were spectacular in how quickly they were able to arrange financing and take care of the DMV issues. I received a great rate, signed all the papers, and rolled off the lot a very, very happy customer. Everyone was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
