Mike spent as much time needed needed during the shopping process and during the Pick Up process going over all aspects of the car from start up to working all of the electronics. A very friendly personable guy and a pleasure to deal with. Dan was very responsive to our emails regarding Pick Up of the vehicle. Rob Bontemps did what he had to do in explaining the warranty and extended warranties available, but did not high pressure us in trying to buy the extended warranties. We liked that.
