The perception of honest, genuine, hard working people are traits difficult to come by in these fields when seeking to acquire a vehicle. Steven Klein is unassuming, accommodating, responsive & patient. He was an inconspicuous asset in determining my needs as a driver; & assisted in identifying the vehicle that would measure up to my household's demands. He was straight-forward & .. wait for it .. HONEST about the price. I don't think our business transaction warrants a novel with intricate details of our negotiations. However, I will be a returning customer within the next decade, & I hope to find Steven Klein--or his clone--present for my next vehicular acquisition. Lastly, I will be doing Liberty Subaru a disservice by NOT mentioning Kevin Mark's efficiency in the financial side of my purchase. He was funny, informative & overall a great experience in the purchase of my new Subaru. More

Same lease terms, $97 difference- no joke. I went right back to Liberty to order the car. Jeff M, the salesman was very helpful helping me choose options while keeping the price within my budget. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with no pressure sales, and very patient as we test drove Crosstrek, Legacy and Forester (twice) until we decided on the Outback. Thanks Liberty! Rare! A pleasant purchase experience! I spoke with Sales Manager, Danny Cohen. I asked, "Remember the loaner car 2014 Forester I bought last summer? I want another one, this time a 2015 Fo I spoke with Sales Manager, Danny Cohen. I asked, "Remember the loaner car 2014 Forester I bought last summer? I want another one, this time a 2015 Forester loaner." Liberty has a great program selling their low mileage loaner cars. In 2014 I bought a 2014 with 1200 miles and this month a 2015 Forester with only 820 miles as Certified Used. They came with the Certified Used 100,000 mile warranty. Great price too! I bought it on the spot! Danny Cohen turned me over to salesman Dan Lidersti who even set up my phone with the car's Bluetooth. Yes, a pleasant experience, no pressure whatsoever! This is my third Subaru from Liberty; a pleasant experience each time! More
