Professionalism at its Best! A friend recommended Liberty Subaru. He told me I should go in and see the sales manager, Dan. Dan was busy so Tom Quinn took care of me. The perception of honest, genuine, hard working people are traits difficult to come by in these fields when seeking to acquire a vehicle. Steven Klein is unassuming, accommodating, responsive & patient. He was an inconspicuous asset in determining my needs as a driver; & assisted in identifying the vehicle that would measure up to my household's demands. He was straight-forward & .. wait for it .. HONEST about the price. I don't think our business transaction warrants a novel with intricate details of our negotiations. However, I will be a returning customer within the next decade, & I hope to find Steven Klein--or his clone--present for my next vehicular acquisition. Lastly, I will be doing Liberty Subaru a disservice by NOT mentioning Kevin Mark's efficiency in the financial side of my purchase. He was funny, informative & overall a great experience in the purchase of my new Subaru. More
