It was a BLESSING! So grateful for everyone involved! From the first text from my salesman, Chris, to the the last step of the car buying process, it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had! From the first text from my salesman, Chris, to the the last step of the car buying process, it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had! They were sincere, honest, incredibly helpful and informative, & answered all my questions, including some good advice! As a senior, and female & on my own, I felt like they really took care of me. I can't say enough good things about Chris who was exceptional, & goes the extra mile! His manager was great too! The finance dept. & the service dept went the extra mile! My ONLY regret was when I spun the "wheel of fortune" for a free gas card-it was only for $25, while I witnessed others win up to $500! Of course, it was all about luck! But, the service I received-i truely could not put a price on that! This could've been stressful & given me anxiety, but I did not experience any negative feelings. All positive! Thank you-all of you guys! More

I had read a lot about the vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions. He is down to earth and not pushy. I would usually like to rate any one slightly below excellent as this is my nature. I would say the only unfair thing is Pat let me take the car home to show it to my wife and I was sold from there on. We have bought/leased two vehicles in the last year from this dealership and will likely use them again. More

What a great experience We started out that day knowing we were going to buy an SUV. We had two brands in mind as we had studied consumer reports. It was a matter of how the We started out that day knowing we were going to buy an SUV. We had two brands in mind as we had studied consumer reports. It was a matter of how the vehicle handled on the test drive and the ease of entering and exiting vehicle. Not so young anymore, so the ease of getting into the vehicle top on my list. We also had looked at pricing with the options important to us. The driver seat of the Sorrento had an extend out and that was appealing to my tall husband. The ease of getting to the 3rd row seating interested me, as well as the ease entering the vehicle as I am shorter. I had to say from start to finish Chris was there to address any questions we had with the Sorrento. The technology side was important to understand. He was very clear on describing and helping us understand the great safety features as well as the dash technology with maps and blue tooth available. The vehicle was not on lot, but no problem they found what we wanted and had it there the next day. To be perfectly honest, from Chris to the financial who did our paperwork, this was a win win situation. I want to add that 30 days prior we bought a Cascada convertible from Luther Brooklyn Park and that experience led us to stay with Luther group. Never went down the road to look at other vehicle!
