Just to be clear to people. When I have no stars for the customer service and quality of work that does not mean negative to me. It just means that I did not rate those aspects since I did not feel that I had to deal with those aspects during my purchase. I didn't realize how this would show up in the review and I hope it does not reflect negatively in any way. I was thinking of those two items in terms of getting service done on my vehicle which I did not do. However, if I think of Dan and TJ as providing a customer experience to me and doing the work that they are supposed to do, I would provide 5 stars for both of those aspects as well. Let me know if there is a way to correct that. Jim
