What a great experience We started out that day knowing we were going to buy an SUV. We had two brands in mind as we had studied consumer reports. It was a matter of how the vehicle handled on the test drive and the ease of entering and exiting vehicle. Not so young anymore, so the ease of getting into the vehicle top on my list. We also had looked at pricing with the options important to us. The driver seat of the Sorrento had an extend out and that was appealing to my tall husband. The ease of getting to the 3rd row seating interested me, as well as the ease entering the vehicle as I am shorter. I had to say from start to finish Chris was there to address any questions we had with the Sorrento. The technology side was important to understand. He was very clear on describing and helping us understand the great safety features as well as the dash technology with maps and blue tooth available. The vehicle was not on lot, but no problem they found what we wanted and had it there the next day. To be perfectly honest, from Chris to the financial who did our paperwork, this was a win win situation. I want to add that 30 days prior we bought a Cascada convertible from Luther Brooklyn Park and that experience led us to stay with Luther group. Never went down the road to look at other vehicle! More

Above and Beyond I just purchased a vehicle from TJ and Dan last week. We had been in communication for a couple of weeks about a vehicle I wanted, but that they did I just purchased a vehicle from TJ and Dan last week. We had been in communication for a couple of weeks about a vehicle I wanted, but that they did not have in stock. We had agreed on price, but I did not want to commit and provide a deposit without knowing more details about the specific vehicle that they could get. At one point, I had felt that our discussions had stalled. However a couple of days later I learned that they took the initiative and got the vehicle delivered and said it would be available to look at the next day. I went the next day to look at it and agreed to purchase it. When we went through the agreements they surprised me by applying a new rebate that just came out that day. I knew about the rebate but did not expect them to apply it since they had matched the price that I wanted for the vehicle (Which no other dealership would match). So not only did I get the car I wanted, but I got it for less than the already aggressive price that I expected. To me this was above and beyond. On top of that they also gave me a gift card to use in their dealership. Usually dealerships find ways to make you pay more not less. I was very happy. Thank You TJ and Dan. More

Easy Purchase I went to Bloomington Kia to look at a specific certified KIA Sorento SXL I had seen on the dealers web site . Looked at it, liked it and then the d I went to Bloomington Kia to look at a specific certified KIA Sorento SXL I had seen on the dealers web site . Looked at it, liked it and then the dealer let me take it home for an extended test drive and inspection. My wife was unable to get to the dealer so this really helped in our buying decision. My trade-in was fairly evaluated without the typical dealer "picking the trade apart" in order to get it for less. Bloomington KIA gave what I thought was an above trade-in value. THANKS !! Best of all there was no pressure to buy and I felt comfortable with the entire buying process. More

Made buying a car a fantastic experience As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by TJ who immediately made me feel welcome and did not pressure me in the least bit. We looked around and As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by TJ who immediately made me feel welcome and did not pressure me in the least bit. We looked around and test drove the car of my dreams. It was so painless and laid back. TJ brought me inside, grabbed a bottle of water, and immediately walked me through the finance process. I was able to get a great finance rate and then he introduced me to Nick, and we started to talk numbers. While we weren't on the same page, we ended up close to wear I wanted to be, and then Dan came in and talked until we were able to get the deal done. Needless to say, I am now driving a 2013 Kia Optima and could not be more pleased with the service I got from Luther Kia of Bloomington! I will definitely purchase another car from them when the time comes. Excellent experience all around. More
