The manager Tom is a THIEF!! He must have overheard me talking to the sales agent Dan, that it’s my first time making a big purchase on my own; having just lost my husband. I offered $5,000 over MSRP on a talking to the sales agent Dan, that it’s my first time making a big purchase on my own; having just lost my husband. I offered $5,000 over MSRP on a Santa Cruz. He came back with all confusing figures without mentioning that my offer was not accepted so I assumed it was. When I saw the final number I thought it was a good deal ( I was adding my trade in value of $12,000 instead of deducting it) I got home and realized my mistake. Checked the receipt and found out he gave me $11,000 for my trade in instead of 12,200. I called wanting my money back, minus whatever the fee is for driving it to my house. Did not get anywhere with this but I’m telling all my friends on social media not to ever make the same mistake. He is better off robbing banks than middle income people like me. More
