Had a great selection. Dan was very pleasant to work with. It all went downhill in the finance dept. My wife was buying the car and writing the check. Yet she was ignored and shown indifference. I want people to know that Hyundai of Reno deserves a rating of 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ There was a misunderstanding on my part, & a had given only 2 stars ☆☆. I want people to know that Hyundai of Reno deserves a rating of 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ stars, not 5 stars. The staff was courteous, patient, & a delight to buy a car from. Sometimes misunderstanding happen. I apologize immensely, on my part. I would send anybody so buy a car with this dealership.All of the cars on the lot were kept up in good shape, clean & well running. I hope I didn't cause anybody any points off their employment. If I did please give them their points back. I would appreciate, if you did take points off their employment record, to please put them back. This apology goes to Tom, Dan, Devin, Kim, & to all employees of Hyundai Reno.
