But the way we were welcomed and informed in-depth about Q4, we ended up buying within 2 hrs of being there at the dealership. Paperwork done smoothly, always informed about the process and their understanding of our needs it helped a lot! Service itself was as efficient and polite as usual. But the re-calibration after replacing the battery was outrageous! Audi (or the dealer) ought to find a more cost effective way to address this rip-o But the re-calibration after replacing the battery was outrageous! Audi (or the dealer) ought to find a more cost effective way to address this rip-off. $860 for a new battery? C’mon. Equally outrageous was the surcharge for using my credit card. At least you could tell me ahead of time and I would have brought my checkbook. The $23 you charged me for using my card HAS to be well in excess of what my credit card company would charge you for processing ONE transaction. Disappointed More
