I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for servic I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for service. Really? This dealership has made a decision to pass along the cost of doing business to it's customers. Well this isn't going to fly with me. This dealership has just lost a customer. I encourage people to not allow companies who have clearly made high profits these last few years to pass along their costs on to consumers. Shop around for a dealership that doesn't nickel and dime their customers. More

Audi treated me so well! I was anxious and intimidated by dealerships before but I was greeted by Pawel and comfortable. No extra fees were added. I was shown an honest invoice showing the car price and taxes. Other dealers were pushy and tried to throw in hidden fees but Audi did not. Audi is the best. More

DO NOT SHOP FOR A CAR HERE. I HAVE BEEN TO PLENTY OF DEALERSHIPS BUT HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS DISRESPECTFUL AS HERE. WAS DECLINED A TEST DRIVE OF A CAR I WAS LOOKING TO LEASE I HAVE BEEN TO PLENTY OF DEALERSHIPS BUT HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS DISRESPECTFUL AS HERE. WAS DECLINED A TEST DRIVE OF A CAR I WAS LOOKING TO LEASE HERE. I WAS ASKED IF I WAS LOOKING TO BUY TODAY AND I SAID YES BUT SINCE I GOT A BETTER QUOTE SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY WONT ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE THEIR VECICHLE AND BASICALLY ASKED ME TO LEAVE . LIKE I SAID I AM A SERIOUS BUYER AND COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. WHO EVER THE MANAGER IS HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL A MANAGER I GOT TRANSFERRED TWICE AND NO ANSWER. ABSOLUTELY PATHIC . I HAD EVERY INTENTION ON PURCHASING A CAR FROM THEM BUT YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO GO THERE AGAIN. BUT DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME. I CANNOT EXPRESS MORE THAT I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF PURCHASING MY CAR FROM HERE AND WAS TREATED THIS WAY. CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT NON SERIOUS BUYERS. THIS WAS ALSO ON AN AUDI A5 THAT THEY HAVE PLENTY OF AND IS NOT ANY EXOCTIC CAR.. IT WAS A 52K CAR THAT THEY ARE DECLINING A TEST DRIVE OF. PATHETIC!!!! More
