Pro: My wife and I were able to walk the lot for over an jour without being accosted by a salesperson. Other Ford dealers were like sharks so we left. Cons: Traditional high pressure sales tactics once working towards a deal. Purchased a certified gold pre-owned vehicle with extended warranty. Dealership did not know it was under a serious recall notice and within 7 days of purchase, I learned its cellular modem is not functioning. It is not covered under either warranty and I am looking at my first repair bill of $550. This was not disclosed to me when purchasing. More

Not a pleasant place to do business… General manager was kinda rude when we first arrived….not welcoming!! The sales rep was good to Deal with. but unable to negotiate a good deal for us.
