Dan is very informative for first time buyer like me to have smooth and swift transaction. He actually helped me lower the purchase cost further by negotiating with the Manager. Then I went fiance dept with Tom Portee and it was quick with all paper work. He explained what I'm signing in details and show me the payment options to work with my budget. After everything was done and about to drive off, Dan notice a crack on the tail lens when i thought it was just bird dropping before it went to detail. He went in and talk to the manager to replace it. Even though the lens wasn't in stock, he got me a paper in writing to replace it when I go pick up my new plates. Thank you Dan and Tom for a such a wonderful first time experience. I would definitely go back for my next car! More

We contacted many Subaru dealerships when looking into purchasing a Forester. Dan L. at Liberty was the only dealer rep. to respond with a direct email providing specific responses to our inquiry. Many dealerships danced around answers and sent canned responses about visiting the dealership. This would not have been easy for us, as we were moving out of the city and didn’t yet have a car. Once our car was ordered, we also worked with Tom in finance, who was patient with our many questions. Although we had many other dealership options closer to our new home in New York, the ease of communication, from initial contact and through the ordering process, made it well worth travelling the extra distance to pick up the car once it arrived. We recommend working with the Liberty team, even to those with more local dealerships. More

When we decided to buy another Subaru, we started with Liberty. However, this time around we tried the internet sales approach. We identified a new car on Liberty's website that we were interested in. We then completed the short online form. Liberty's internet sales associate contacted us immediately by email and phone. He confirmed that the car was still on the lot. He also provided us with pricing information. Based on that, we made an appointment for a test drive. As it turns out, we decided that that vehicle was not the one for us. However, because of Liberty's large inventory, we were easily able to find a different model that better met our needs. We decided to purchase that car. The sales associate was excellent and very easy to work with. I note that we did not finance the car so I can't speak how Liberty Subaru rates in that regard. Overall, we were equally pleased with our second car buying experience at Liberty Subaru. More
