He explained the differences in options between the 2018 Crosstrek Premium and the Limited Edition. There is absolutely no Sales Pressure at Liberty. You know what Vehicle you want when you come in, so the Vehicle sells itself. I would recommend Dan Lidestri to my friends. Dan treats you like a friend, not as a Salesman. Tom Portee was knowledgeable about the business side of buying. Tom explained everything to me, including the 8 year/80000 mile extended Warranty which is an excellent deal! I bought my 2018 Crosstrek with a Personal Check, most Dealers would ask for a Cashiers Check. Tom is a very friendly guy. I can see why this Dealership is so popular with buyers. Totally different experience. I had arranged to pick up my new Crosstrek last Thursday afternoon and worried all day about what could possibly go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised I had arranged to pick up my new Crosstrek last Thursday afternoon and worried all day about what could possibly go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised that when I got there the exact car I had asked for with all the tech I requested and the moon roof had arrived when I was told it would and was ready to go with a full tank of gas. Anthony went over all the tech with me and showed me how to use everything. When we walked in to the finance office I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Will they try to change the financing percent or try to talk me into something. I had experienced these issues at another brand car dealership which brought me to Liberty Subaru. The finance guy, Ron, was laid back and organized and everything was exactly what I had agreed to. We were in and out and on our way quickly. My salesperson was Anthony Cirillo. He was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, patient with this old dinosaur's questions and straightforward about what he could do to get me the vehicle I wanted and what he couldn't do. I really appreciated everyone's professionalism and I LOVE my bright orange Crosstrek. Thanks guys! Anthony even took me back to meet e Augie in the service department before I left. More

I got a great price directly through their website, came in for a test drive, decided to buy and Dan R immediately looked through their inventory for the car with the lowest miles for me, Dan R was on top of the typical WRX requests like not drilling the bumper for the front license plate and not putting any permanent markings on the car (I didn't even have to ask). Couldn't have been happier with the whole process. More
