I couldn’t be more happy than I am now! I recently retired at an early age from the automotive industry and was highly impressed with how the entire dealer group treated my wife and I. We went to another BMW dealership first but we were turned off by their lack of transparency. With Dan and Ferman everything was upfront and we had no unpleasant surprises.
