Dan methodically guided me (and my husband) through the benefits and attributes of the 230i Turbo He gave me an opportunity to really experience the car, and the test drive , so that I would feel comfortable with the new features and ride. Dan then took the time to introduce us to Doug Radeker, staff Genius, who proceeded to again guide us through the computer system and special features of the car that we were interested in purchasing. Dan and Doug were a seemless team, dedicated to helping, we the consumers gain the comfort we needed to make our decision while doing their job very professionally- there was no pressure, our double- talk, just good feasible information to help us gain comfort moving forward. We were very grateful to Dan & Doug, for there time that night, and in the ensuing days to provide us with a very satisfying purchase-trade-in experience. We are very grateful to both gentlemen and will recommend Dan McDonald to others interested in buying a vehicle in the future. More
