Subaru dealership is busy! I love this place. I traveled 175 miles to pick up a brand new Subaru WRX STI and this dealership had what I wanted. The staff are so great and it’s a I love this place. When we arrived, we found a 5 year old car that looked brand new inside and out How pleasing it is to have someone tell you up front this is the car's condition and when you get there they match. This process was probably the easiest one of buying a car I have had yet. And I do much research on cars before buying. This is our 5th Impreza from McLaughlin We’ve bought 5 cars from McLaughlin because of their professional and friendly staff. Bob Coronado in Finance and Jesse Lester, our sales consultant, We’ve bought 5 cars from McLaughlin because of their professional and friendly staff. Bob Coronado in Finance and Jesse Lester, our sales consultant, made our latest purchase easy and enjoyable. I had dealt with Bob during my purchase in April 2017, and when my husband’s 2016 Impreza was destroyed by an uninsured driver who ran a traffic light in excess of 70mph in December 2017, Jesse and Bob made our newest purchase practically stress free. (My husband was trapped in the wreckage, but wasn’t seriously hurt thanks to Subaru’s superior safety design. This is the second time someone from our family walked away from a totaled Subaru without life-threatening injuries). I find McLaughlin Subaru’s website very user friendly and have purchased 3 of our cars online. Thank you Jesse, Bob and all of the McLaughlin team! The quality of the dealership is a major factor for me -- the brand is important, sure, but ultimately I try to buy from people who I know will treat me well whether I'm coming in for routine service or to address an unexpected issue. I don't enjoy the high-pressure sales tactics I've experienced elsewhere. The sales staff I've worked with, especially Dan, are knowledgeable and seem concerned with making sure I found the right fit. This time, Dan stayed late to make sure I could test drive everything I wanted, and he followed up with me the next day as promised. More
