I had a very good Conversation with the Vice President He cleared up the situation very quickly. I was surprised that someone as high as the Vice President would give me a call! We have a great Experience with Brad Deery. Blayze was our sellman and he was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we looked at. He was not pushy in anyway. They offered me 2,000 dollars for a car that Kelly bluebooks at 9,000 3 hours agoNEW I was at this dealership 2 months ago looking to buy a used car. They offered me 2,000 dollars for a car that Kelly bluebooks at 9,000. Told me my car had a bunch of codes on it when the dash was completely clear and the car was running at 100%.they also made a big deal that I had a new speedometer put in old one was bad. I had pictures millage end of old odometer and picture of mileage of new odometer updated millage can be added to new odometer. Making matters worse something was removed from my car during appraisal and I looked everywhere to try and find the item it is not in the car like they say.I have asked several times via email for it back and no response nothing no email no call nothing.I called left a message. And sent 3 emails. I will never return to this dealership. Very bad experience and very shaddy employees. Vehicle was sold for my asking price More

My last prior experiences at three other dealerships was very poor. It was full of old dealership “tricks”. Zach at Brad Deery Motors and the management staff was completely opposite.
