I purchased a 2012 chevy equinox from this dealership approximately 3 months ago for 12k. The car had 78k miles on it and I was told it was a good reliable vehicle. So after 3 months and about 10k miles approximately 3 months ago for 12k. The car had 78k miles on it and I was told it was a good reliable vehicle. So after 3 months and about 10k miles the engine went out of it! I called the dealership and spoke with the general manager to see what could be done. I was told the dealership would not help with any aspect on the repair because more than 6k miles were put on it. He then explained to me that cars are like people, some live to be 40 and some live to be 96. He then told me I should find a small town auto shop that charges $30 an hour for service and not them because they charge $130! I am now left with no vehicle and stuck with at least 5k for repairs! Choosing to purchase from this dealership is one of the worst decisions I have made in my life! More

They offered me 2,000 dollars for a car that Kelly bluebooks at 9,000 3 hours agoNEW I was at this dealership 2 months ago looking to buy a used car. They offered me 2,000 dollars for a car that Kelly bluebooks at 9,000. Told me my car had a bunch of codes on it when the dash was completely clear and the car was running at 100%.they also made a big deal that I had a new speedometer put in old one was bad. I had pictures millage end of old odometer and picture of mileage of new odometer updated millage can be added to new odometer. Making matters worse something was removed from my car during appraisal and I looked everywhere to try and find the item it is not in the car like they say.I have asked several times via email for it back and no response nothing no email no call nothing.I called left a message. And sent 3 emails. I will never return to this dealership. Very bad experience and very shaddy employees. Vehicle was sold for my asking price More
