Absolutely a nightmare! We purchased 2 cars from this place in two months. First car We gave specifics in what we needed. All that we needed was awd and third row. The salesman brought us a car without awd and it took us a few days to notice it. They did switch it out and make that right but it took two months to get our plates and I even received a letter from the state about my unpaid taxes on my car. That was something they were supposed to take care of. The car was detailed. The salesperson was to worried about his personal life. The second vehicle was bought it was also not detailed and actually had dirt and mud on the seats it smelled awful like a wet animal it came with almost bald tires and one was flat it took 2 75 mile trips to get that fixed and all they did was patch it I also complained about my brakes squeaking and all they said was they must have been cheap brakes. In about a three week period my truck had spent more time at the dealership due to issues then I had it. My ac went out I drove the hour drive in 95 degree weather without ac with 3 kids and they turn me back home without a loaner only to have to have my truck back up there. Out of all of these trip my truck was filled up once by them but all the other trips I had to pay for the fuel in my truck. The gm did reach out to me and in order to make things right he ordered me a knock off Tonneau cover that didn’t fit my truck so the guys in the shop tried to fab the brackets that hold it on but they didn’t hold and the cover doesn’t fit as it should. I will never return there not for an oil change or even if they offered me a free meal. Place is a joke and my biggest disappointment aside from the state contacting me about them not paying the taxes is the fact my truck was never clean it was dirty from the get and never smelled clean. More

Extremely happy with experience Treated very well! Came in a few days before to check numbers. Was not pressured into buying the MegaCab that day by anyone. Amazing experience upgrading to a Charger. Ron was great in getting everything done. After the initial exploration on my own I came in and was directed to Ron. I was looking at 2 different cars Ron was great in getting everything done. After the initial exploration on my own I came in and was directed to Ron. I was looking at 2 different cars and even though they didn't have a new Challenger in the model I wanted they had me drive one of their other models knowing I might choose that one and find it somewhere else. Ron was very knowledgeable about the cars and the options and was eager to assist me in learning what I could do with the system. We were able to reach an equitable agreement for my trade and I was happy to get a great car at a low price. Thanks for you help, Ron, Kody, and Dan. I will see you the next time around. More
